Unleashed Pathways was born out of founder April Millaway’s desire to unlock the God-given potential in us all by awakening and activating our unique and inherent radiance. At 34 years old, April ‘woke up’ and has dedicated each day since to celebrating her bold purpose and passion. She believes she is the eclectic funky beat that ignites dancing big and dancing loud in the world. 

Our staff’s passion is to help others open up more possibility within their relational, professional, and community lives. Our organization provides life and career coaching via a 3-step program designed to awaken, equip, and unleash the unique gifts of each client. Additional support services such as a leadership inventory, strengths assessment, individual action plans, resume writing, and mock interviews are available. Our unleashURradiance® workshops are intended for larger groups.
